Organize clients, properties, work orders, basic job costs, invoice records, scheduling and documentation/QC in one Excel workbook. Includes a dashboard, written tab instructions and a practice example. Basic is the Entry v0.3 edition.

Prepared capacity: 200 work orders and invoices, 50 clients and 100 properties. Basic actual costs track labor, materials, subcontractors and mileage. Disposal and other actual costs are not separately tracked. Client pricing approvals require manual review. No automatic invoice sending, payment processing, photo uploads or verification.

One-time purchase for one business; no subscription. Download a ZIP containing the Excel .xlsx workbook. Extract it before opening. Microsoft Excel is required and purchased separately. Google Sheets, mobile apps and other spreadsheet software are not promised compatible.

Includes 30 days of getting-started email support for up to three questions at support@solkarn.com. Delivery problems, refund requests and suspected defects do not count against that allowance. Custom work, calls and individual training are separate services.
