You tell us about the business you're trying to build, where you plan to operate, your goals, your current stage, your budget considerations, and the areas where you need help. The intake gives Solkarn the initial information needed to understand your idea before determining the appropriate next step.

WE DETERMINE THE RIGHT LEVEL OF SUPPORT
Not every business needs the same service. Based on your needs, the appropriate next step may be a Business Direction Session, a Personalized Startup Roadmap, or another level of Solkarn support. For custom roadmap projects, we determine the research scope required for your particular business.

WE RESEARCH YOUR BUSINESS PATH
Once the roadmap project begins, Solkarn researches the areas that actually apply to your business. Depending on the business, this may include areas such as: Business structure considerations; Registrations and tax IDs; Location and zoning; Licenses and permits; Startup costs; Equipment; Suppliers; Systems and technology; Staffing; Funding resources; Customers and marketing; Other business-specific requirements. Not every category applies to every business. The research is built around the business you're actually trying to create.

YOU RECEIVE YOUR ROADMAP + REVIEW SESSION
After your Personalized Startup Roadmap is completed, it is delivered to you for review. Your roadmap service includes one 60-minute Roadmap Review Session. During this session, we walk through the roadmap, discuss the research, address questions about the information provided, and help you understand how to use the roadmap moving forward.

Solkarn reviews your intake to understand the type of business, your situation, the questions that need to be answered, and the potential complexity of the project. We identify what appears relevant and where additional clarification may be needed.

YOUR SCOPE & PRICE ARE DEFINED
Before custom roadmap research begins, Solkarn defines the project scope and fixed price based on the complexity and amount of research required. Personalized Startup Roadmaps start at $499, but the final price depends on the specific business and research scope. You know the agreed scope and price before the custom research begins.

Solkarn organizes the relevant research into a structured, usable roadmap. Instead of leaving you with scattered information, the goal is to show what needs attention, what decisions need to be made, useful resources, important requirements, and a practical sequence of next steps. Your roadmap is built around your business rather than copied from a generic startup template.

MOVE FORWARD — WITH THE LEVEL OF SUPPORT YOU NEED
Some clients will use their roadmap independently. Others may want continued assistance. When appropriate, Solkarn may provide separately scoped Guided Launch Support or Hands-On Startup Support to help you work through the next phase. Additional support is optional and is not automatically included in the Personalized Startup Roadmap price.
